Facebook Marketplace Leads

There is now a formal way to post all your listings on Facebook . . . Facebook Marketplace! Facebook recently made some changes, and there is now an icon linking to Marketplace in the center of Facebook app's bottom navigation bar (prime real estate!), signaling that Facebook has a strong commitment to this new tool. You may still want to post certain listings in news feeds and groups, but you should also now post your listings in Marketplace. Clicking on the Marketplace icon takes the user to a search page where they can search for listings based on location, category and price . . . and one of the categories is housing. Your post can include a photo, property description, and a link to the listing details on your website. Users can see your information and general location, and they can click tabs to make an offer or send a message. It is then up to you to make the connection. Many agents have also been posting homes for sale on Facebook's Buy & Sell groups, and Facebook made it easy for you to now post listings to Marketplace and a specific.

On listing pages, buyers can see a seller’s information and general location, and they can click tabs to “make an offer” or send a message. Once a buyer and seller begin negotiating, they can transact however they like. Facebook doesn’t “facilitate payment or delivery of items” in the marketplace. To post a listing to the marketplace, sellers can tap a camera icon to grab a photo of an item (or a property), fill out a name, description and price, and specify a location. Indicating that Facebook has no short-term plans to replace existing buy and sell groups with Marketplace, Facebook lets sellers post listings to Marketplace and a specific buy and sell group simultaneously. 

I would target renters with a picture of a home and say “are you tired or renting?” You can buy a home for the same price your renting your home.
