4.DELIGHT

The purpose of this phase is to get all of your clients to become raving fans! To do this, ensure a smooth client experience via your tools, processes, branding, and systems. Then ask for the online review... This is the secret to 10x your referrals and your business.

Every Monday, post about a local topic. Ex: Fun things to do around town, local events, or upbeat community news.

Every Tuesday, post a real estate tip that a buyer or seller would find helpful.

Every Wednesday, feature a local hot spot, business, event, or community influencer. 

PERSONAL EVENTS BRANDING

Every Thursday, post something that features you & furthers your personal brand. Ex: Family time, hobbies, sports, or out and about.

Every Friday, showcase a fun event happening this week. If nothing cool is happening, feel free to promote your listings or your open houses.

If you have a blog post written, share it on every local Facebook Group who might find it interesting. If you don't have a blog post of your own, share a local (upbeat) news story instead.

Login to the Facebook Group that you've created for your community and link to a blog or news story.Or post something cool that residents might find interesting.
